As the new Mayor of Pollock, I would like to welcome all visitors to the official website for the Town of Pollock. Our beautiful, small town is perfectly placed in south Grant Parish, just a short drive from Alexandria and Pineville. Pollock is a family and retirement community, with copious history, an ever-changing present, and an innovative future ahead, that anyone would be proud to call home. With hundreds of acres to explore, and utilize for fishing and hunting, Pollock is a true sportsman's paradise. Nature not your thing? That's okay! We have numerous community events, and community amenities to peak the interest of all age groups. Events such as, the annual Dogwood Festival, Fourth of July celebration, Halloween activities, Christmas activities, Easter activities, a ballpark, bingo night, movie night, our new park and playground will be finished soon, and there is more to come! From the great outdoors, to community events, we have just about everything a small town family could hope for. As for me, I am the youngest Mayor of Pollock to date. Age aside, I have a true vision for this town, and want to bring it, and the community, to it's full potential. I hope to be a true voice for the people of this great town, and hope to make the townspeople proud.
